Varsha joined PUM with a wealth of financial, accounting and managerial experience under her belt. Before she arrived, her previous position was that of Group Financial Controller for the McCann Worldgroup in South Africa, where she had overall management of a finance team of ten people, reporting directly into the US listed group parent company.

Having previously worked in the advertising agency industry, he is no stranger to the media and marketing industry, with a notable career spanning 25 years.
